ClaryFIRE ("we", "us") is committed to collecting as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can contact us.

What we do not collect

The Lite calculator runs entirely in your browser. The financial values you enter — income, expenses, savings, capital, and any calculated results — are never transmitted to our servers or to any third party by default.

What we do collect

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate usage (for example, how many people reach the calculator, or click the Pro upgrade). These events never include the financial values you enter. See our analytics specification in the project repository for the exact list of events and properties.

If you choose to purchase ClaryFIRE Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. If you submit your email (for example to receive your Pro report), it is stored with our email provider (Brevo or ConvertKit) solely to deliver that report and any related follow-up you've opted into.

Local storage

ClaryFIRE Pro can optionally save a scenario in your browser's local storage so you can return to it later. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Your choices

You can use ClaryFIRE Lite without providing any personal information. To request deletion of any data we hold about you (such as an email address on file), contact us at hello@claryfire.com.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
